This serves to confirm there will be a formal contract between the artist and the client.

This contract will constitute the sole, complete and binding agreement between the two parties hereto.

This agreement may not be changed, modified or altered except by an instrument in writing, signed by both the parties hereto.

Should the contract be cancelled, it should be done so in writing and telephonically.

Should the contact be cancelled within seven days of the proposed event – the full amount should be paid to the artist.

If the artist cannot perform for whatever reason – the artist undertakes to supply a suitable substitute to be approved by the client.

The formal contract serves to confirm that upon instruction from the client that this artist will be engaged in his capacity as a professional speaker and / or performing artist.

Payment to the artist should take place within thirty (30 days) of the proposed event.

Please note that the artist is not VAT registered.
